What kind of hosting would be best for running those front-ends and back-ends? What sort of plug-ins and open-source stuff do you think could be incorporated? How long would something like this take you to get up and running? What are some potential problems? Clearly defined, easy to understand comprehensive project description Price for total project Start Date Completion Date How many man-hours will this project take you? How much of that is coding? How much is email time w/ me? How much is testing/debugging? How much is other uses of time? What are they? Assuming that your quote is competitive I would like some time to demo the CMS that you recommend using. If I think we might work well together we can get started right away!
