Convert Small WPF Project to Web Based

We have written a small WPF project which is used with a Touchscreen computer as a Kiosk Application. We would like to convert it to a browser based application utilizing html5 and css3. I think we would like to use Visual Studio 10. The following link will allow you to download the executable which doesn't contain the media but will show you the look and feel and how it works. Our feeling is we will need html5 for the video tags and some of the annimation effects we used with WPF. It will make sense once you view the demo. Currently the WPF application is in full 1920 by 1080, to work properly in a tablet browser it will need to be 1024 by 768. Please contact with any questions.
