Condo rental management. The interface is already designed, tables are done, it just needs to be functional. The database would allow the admin to list current properties to be rented and manage those properties accordingly. Add dates properties are occupied, set prices for those dates, add and edit details and pictures of properties. Useres of the site will be able to enquire info about the properties for availibility options, or logon and book a condo for a certain amount of time and pay by selected payment method. Thats pretty much the basis of the project, I just need a programmer to bid it so that I can propose to the customer, project begins immediately after price is agreed upon.
