I am unfamiliar with SQL 2005 and having some problems getting my Classic ASP pages to run on a local machine with the database. I need help getting my pages to see the database. I have IIS running already and can get a simple web page displayed but I am unable to open a page that hits the database. The tech stack is XP, IIS, SQL 2005, and Classic ASP. I need someone to load up my forms and confirm the connection to the database and document the process (provide as much detail as possible) so I can replicate the installation on my own machine. I may need some IM support once the process is documented to get through it.
Attached you will find all of the forms, the script to create the database, and a spreadhsheet loaded with the data to import. What I really need is to confirm the connection to the database so if you can open and display the [login to view URL] form on a local machine hitting sql 2005 and document the process that will be sufficient. [login to view URL] includes a file called "[login to view URL]" which contains the sql connection properties. Those are the two critical files.
