CMS - Content Management System

I am looking for a coder with experience with CMS. I have been in the process of building one but have run into some snags due to my lack of knowladge about them. System should be written is ASP and run on a SQL2000 back end. Pre-exsisting applications are fine, as long as you built it own the rights to it - and I must be able to tie it into my content syndication software (custom built in ASP with Sql2000) MUST BE WRITTEN IN ASP WITH SQL2000 - I DO NOT WANT PHP AND MYSQL!!! CMS EXPERIENCED CODERS ONLY! Please site examples of systems you have built or have worked with. Please be reasonable with your bids - I have already spent about $400 on this project and it's coming out of my own pocket. ***PLEASE NOTE*** If for some reason you feel my bid is unreasonable or you are not willing to do this project for $200 or less - DON'T BOTHER COMMENTING OR BIDDING! DON'T ASK ME TO RAISE THE BID LIMIT!
