Add PHP Plugin to ASP Website Adult

I am looking for someone who can add PHP plugins to my Windows site. The owner of plugins indicate that simple site modification can be made to accommodate thess scripts. The job consist of adding 10-20 plugin scripts, if possible, to the site. I have other PHP plugins running on site. This is an adult site so don't bid if you find this type of site objectionable. My budget is not large for this job due to the enormous costs of getting site made and Seo/Promotion. Must have NDA. There is a potential for long term relationship in future for other projects and site upkeep jobs. I need bidders experienced in this area only. Bidding will be closed eary if qualified bidder found.
