ASP pro with API/XMLHTTP etc experience for small app

ASP pro with API/XMLHTTP/etc experience wanted to build frontend on top of two third-party business tools - send our data to their site, parse + format results, store parts of response in MSSQL db. Half the process is already built in PHP using cURL and can be easily ported. Quick + professional dev will have the opportunity to work with us on many ASP/ASP.NET projects in the near future. This app will be used by our reps for entering customers. An outline of the process: * 1. rep submits basic information * 2. information is checked for zip qualification * * 3. if not qualified, end * 4. if qualified, information is submitted to add'l check * * 5. if add'l check returns an error, display error and end * 6. information is stored in order entry tool * 7. if add'l info is not qualified or returns an error, display and end * 8. if add'l info is qualified, rep is prompted for further information * * 9. further information is stored in order entry tool * 10. installation is scheduled within order entry tool * 11. all information then stored in local MS SQL db, then end Full spec is prepared and ready. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP (VBScript) on Win2000 Server running IIS.
