Custom CRM Image Management within Wordpress Theme

I am looking for a Wordpress developer who can assist with adding image uploading with either the Wordpress image management system of NextGen Gallery plugin code inside a custom coded CRM. I am working within a custom child theme of the Thematic Theme Framework and have a previously coded Customer Relationship Management system that I have rolled into the child theme. I want to add the ability for the end user (permission based on user login) to add three images associated with a particular CRM entry and for those images to then be available for display with Thickbox or similar. All the work is done except for the image upload interface.
