I have documents which need to be fillable PDF forms. I have Word and PDF files which need to be made to be fillable PDF files. The form and wording is done and layout done. This project is just to make PDFs of the word and PDF files so the forms can be filled out electronically. I would like it so these can be filled out and emailed. The documents do not need to be changed, only made as fillable PDF form files. There will be 4 versions created from base documents. I will need the final version plus the editable file once the project is completed. The PDf will total roughly 60-65 pages, of which about 30 percent have fillable forms. Project will need to be completed by January 6th.
