Apple newsstand project

I need a magazine published in apple newsstand. this is what i need. 1) I need a template designed similar to this [login to view URL] which will have backpurchases of magazine issues and ability to add video, content and audio. 2) I should be able to add content easily through a back end system. 3) should be able to do push notification I have a apple developer account and have the content. i will provide the newsstand and itunes icons. I should. also be able to create new magazines in the future through the backend system for publishign to newsstand apps only serious canditated apply i need this urgently thanks narayana
