In Dynamics CRM 2011 on premise we need a report "Work hours" with the following output based on standard fields of CRM 2011 UserName Date StartHour - EndHour no_of_hours Date2 StartHour - EndHour no_of_hours StartHour - EndHour no_of_hours Total_per_username_withinperiod xxxx hours Username2 .... We can give online acess to a test environment and debug access to production servers if required. This is a test project, once we like the work done, we will many more custom projects like this.
