C# exe including .net package

I have created 2~3 exe files using visual studio 2005 C#. when the exe runs on windows xp with no .net framework installed, it causes an error. I need help on merging .net package into the exe, so i can distribute a single exe without installation steps. I am looking for someone to merge .net package into the exe for 10 times ( i actually needs 3 exe, 7 for exe updates) you can use the following tools if you want.
