CSV Database to SQL

Asalamo alikom , i can help to extract data from the csv to sql server database just send me the following 1-csv file 2-database name , table name , table structure then i will send you a desktop script where u can enter the database user name , password , csv file path then click "RUN" then the data is inserted payment after job completion by milestone waiting your answer Salam
