Dear Freelancers, I have a sober living apartment complex and I want to track a lot of data in one spot so we can easily access it. Ideally put on my CRM ([login to view URL]) so we can all access the info. There are about 5 to 8 people that could add data. I deally i want them to add but not delete system. I need advise on what is the best way to go. I just bought some microsoft tablets thinkng we would use excel. Open the file / mofify it / save to tablet / then upload to website we can all see the data. CMR management has to many clicks to add one piece of info. When looking at youtube I saw where you can click on a name and a big box comes up showing colored graphs ect. From what I understand you would open an excel sheet / modify it / save to the computer / then upload to the CRM site so others can see up to date info. We have 112 beds and about 87 residents. I am trying to figure out who my best resident is in so many ways. My goals: -take the new residents at my apartment complex that moved in out each week from Quickbooks. If it needs to be hand put in instead of importing that is ok. Quickbooks shows what is owed that week. But not a huge deal. -track lots of data: -did they come to meetings – rating on apartment inspection – fines – each week fines that total each previous week. – if they paid a fine that week note it – move the old week down each week - -phone numbers – do they have a roommate ? if not how long were they by themselves? How long have they lived her ? sobriety /birthday search / Each week we do the following: Mandatory Meetings, Apartment checks, Random UA’s , fines….So its like I need a new set each week to fill out. The more I think about it I really want to add to this…Statistically what is my best resident? Female / male / age / referred from / kids / race / We have people on Behavior contracts / we have people on watch list….What is there choice of Drug/alcohol? Be able to do a report on which one has the least relapse rate. Are they on parole / probation / job status / looking for a job? (what skill do they have?) / I have no intentions of building this all at once but if you can see my vision while starting to implement / add on later. Also I have floor guides that live on the property that will be entering data from Microsoft tablet and or ipad if we can make it work. Ideally I want them to just be able to add data and not delete the data base. (if possible) I saw on YouTube maybe excel/anyalize might be a good product. I have never used this system before but I am very excited to hear your thoughts / ideas. I am open to all. Let me know. Thanks Chad p.s. i can work with someone while they build it if that will help.
