I am Ivan Aleksi. I have a PhD from computer science and I work at the university. My research area is image processing and signal processing. Requested barcode scanner will take center line of pixels, convert it to the Black & White (BW) image and do the distance calculations between BW areas along the line. I can make it in VB.NET or C#.
