We a requesting an price offer for a simple app for Android with the following functions: - A simple app that runs in the background, and downloads a new wallpaper from our MySQL server once a day, to be put as background image for the phone (wallpaper). - A start page downloaded from the same MySQL server every time the settings are opened (dynamic splash screen). - A simple setting screen that simply activate / deactivate dynamic wallpaper / lock the current wallpaper. (Logo in the setting screen) - A icon in the status bar that indicates that the app is running. The developer selected for this job will be preferred partner for further development and updates. This app will have no ad service, but the code have to be ready for that for later. Upon delivery, the source code are requested.
