Phone app.

I need an iPhone app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Iphone ipad android Phone app for iPhone and android. App is needed to connect to existing online DB. Needs to sync with the account user creates either online on our website or with the app. So app needs the ability to take a new signup as well as connect to existing account. We will need a way to restrict the number of users however so we don't have one person sharing one account with 4 others. A user should be able to login via computer as well as mobile device but some sort of security measure needs to be created that restricts access to one single mobile device and one single computer.... Navigation "Home" page (not logged in)login, forgot password. "Pilot Cars" just a text link to http://pilotrac.com. "Regulations" just a text link to [login to view URL] "Logout" returns user to "Home" page link. Once logged in: "Home" - Same as logout link below. "Loads" - displays requests for trucks that have been posted. "My Account" - Account info with payment links at bottom. You must click on a "Edit" link to change password or sensitive data. "Pilot Cars" - goes to [login to view URL] but only if you have room for the link. If not leave it out. "Logout" - Logs user out and returns to "Home" page described above. I have some files that you can use as well as some Sounds in .wav format. Upload app and files to server Apple and Google servers.
