Curtom Custom Chrome Browser for Android using Existing Open Source code from Google

I need source code for Google Chrome Browser for Android that has some minor customization. Last year Google open source the code so the base code is available. Here is the link that tells about this: [login to view URL] I need following things in this project: 1. Code should be compilable on windows machine in either android studio or eclipse ide. 2. Able to create an apk file as output and test from the source code on windows platform. 3. As far as customization is concerned, need following changes: i. Ability to intercept any requests made from browser and if is not [login to view URL]; [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] domain than block the request and show a page that says websites blocked. ii. Have a setting to hide show incognito mode option iii. Have a setting to change start page to a specific URL; or a page with short cuts to [login to view URL]; bing,com and [login to view URL] websites. iii. Should have an option in settings to make to make the above mentioned changes. This is just a prototype project and deliverable will be the source code with above mentioned features; instructions on sites where open source code was retrieved and details on how to compile the project to make sure it runs on my local machine.
