Build a mobile app for a resturant

I need a freelancer who can build an android app for me using my designs which will have the following features: • Login page (login with facebook) • Menu • Store Locator (50-60 stores) • Rate Your Waiter (contact form) which will include: Store name – drop down selection Waiters name – type in feature Customer name – type in feature Customer email – type in feature Customer cell – type in feature Questions: A) Welcoming – How fun was your 1st impression? B) Uniform – How sharp did your waiter look? C) Order Taking – How would you rate your ordering experience? D) Product – Did the product live up to your expectations? E) Departure – Did you get the warm and fuzzies when you left?Each of the above will have a rating out of 5 ice-cream cones - i.e. 5 cones – 5 being the best, 1 being the worst.
