I need to have an android application written. This application will communicate with our website via XML sending and receiving data along with it being stored into a local database on the handheld device. If the device is running on a Dolphin 70e Black device then it will use its built in barcode scanning hardware, otherwise it will use the camera on the android device. [login to view URL] I can not ship you the device for you to test, so you will have to send me the files to test if it scans the barcodes but they do have an SDK available.
