Android App - Urgent

I need someone to prepare an IAS preparation app for me. Here is what the app should do There will be two main tabs in the app - Question Bank and NOtes 1) Scrap web for notes and arrange then in categories according to topic thereby giving a nice e-book of notes. 2) Scrap web for questions and prepare a question bank in its database. It should show one question at a time with 4 options to choose from and as soon as you choose it tells you the answer. You need to prepare this on your own and I will only provide topics ( if necessary) MINIMUM BIDDER WILL WIN
