We are looking for a mobile chatting app (Full source code needed) to be hosted and manage in Saudi Arabia , which can run on Os: UIQ3/Iphone/Java/Android/windows mobiles/Blackberry/pc/mac/webrtc For the language we do prefer the same language used by Whatsapp or wechat apps . Supported services should be: 1) Chat + instant voice message chatting 1 to 1 and group messaging 2) Audio calls + Video Calls " in later stage" after the 8 weeks and could be planned 3) Advertisement 4) the platform should support more than 1 million users Note: it should be ready in 6-8 weeks time
