App programmer (and logo designer) needed for itunes app for stress management Comprises 5 x audio tracks - each track has individual volume, play, stop and pause button, as per ACT3 app. There is also a Progress Log function which comprises an anxiety rating scale with slider to rate anxiety levels over past week on scale of 1-10. The results can be saved 6 times settings so users can track their progress over a 6-week period. There is a summary screen with either a graph or just the 6 'saved' sliders stacked from weeks 1-6. The initial progress Log screen has 3 buttons, SAVE, CHANGE and SUMMARY. The summary screen contains the saved results.
