android/iphone/ipad game developer

Hi developers! Now I have to say this first before you go on reading this. I HAVE A VERY SMALL BUDGET! Now that were done with that I need someone to make an iPad/iPhone/android game similar to the "Smurfs' Village" but of course with a different concept. For those who are not familiar with the "Smurfs' Village" but is interested here's a link [login to view URL] The concept i am thinking is like in outer-space an alien race farms planet after planet for minerals for their race to survive and prosper, not too shabby but also not so ugly. I want the game's gameplay to most likely to be similar to the "Smurfs' Village" game app. But instead of smurfs farming i want spaceships that travel planet after planet to gather materials and make space stations.
