Difference game for iPhone and iPad

Hello, I am looking for a devellopper that can make me the code for a spot the difference game. The game should support iPhone and iPad. Both retina as well. The game will use approximate 4 sound files, wich 1 will be the background music. It must have a inapp purchase. I'll provide both music files and images. More info will be given if needed.
