Dice Throwing

I want the following simple iphone application: Dice throwing on a virtual surface. Basically that's it. I want the user to throw two dices on a surface (wooden one would be nice) inside the application. The dices however will not have numbers on them but text which I would like to set easily through a configuration file inside the application and by recompiling the application or by changing some hard coded values. Either way I wont mind. Basically that's the whole app. There won't be any user settings, nothing at all. A surface, and a dice throwing animation. I am a developer myself so I definitely want to see a good written app by the person who will take this job.
