Develop a simple 2D kid's game

We are looking for a good game developer to create a simple 2D kid’s game. The game has one level with the graphics of a fishing pier, a kid fishing, and a stream flowing by with fishes in it. The developer will select the final graphics for use in the game in consultation with us. We have a detailed description of game play and wireframe that we will provide upon commencement. This is the first of a family of games that we intend to develop. The coding needs to support multiplatform ( iOS - iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Android ) deployment. We would prefer a Lua based SDK to be used for development but are open to other suggestions. Based on our experience in developing similar games we do not expect the development time of the first game to be relatively short.
