Creation of 2 Teacher App

I am looking for a quick turn around for 2 teacher applications: I would like the apps featured on itunes and android and anywhere they will sell. Upon agreement of bid, I will get information to you right away; would like project completed as soon as possible. First app, 1. Teacher walk through application -- drop down boxes, check boxes, open feedback boxes that stores information for the user.
