Create Native XCode app for manage geolocalizated info

I need an XCode app for iPhone and iPad App has 3 main areas and for each area (filter, list, detail main pages). 3 areas have some things that are the same, so creating a great structure for first area, all other will be simple. App must be fast, secure, robuste. Taking care about core style. We need XCode experts. App created using SQLite (directly SQLite, NO CoreData) I'll provide server WS and all layout images (all layout is ready) I need source code day by day for show work in progress Bid value has a fixed price but after this work we'll have other features to add Due to problems that we had with others coders we've to test your skills before start, that means works first 2 days on project before hire. We'll pay step by step, starting creating first milestone and if all we'll be OK, we'll create second etc... We're looking for a coder for a longterms partnership (not only for this project)
