Convert iPhone project file to latest iOS5

I need someone that is proficient in the latest Xcode Version 4.2.1 Build 4D502 and the iOS5 SDK. I have an unfinished project file that was coded in 4.2.2 and has 1 error and a lot of warnings. I am just not able (do not know how) to get rid of these errors and warnings. I need someone to hold my hand to get this project fixed so that it will build. Preferably I will give you the error and warnings and you will help me get this fixed. You have to be very patient as I am a newbie but willing to learn. If this works out, and you are proficient with TapKuLibrary as well, I will hire you to finish this project.
