Complete iPhone App Development Required

I need a developer to create a fully functioning iPhone App from scratch. I will need you to help me from start to finish - from designing the App, to developing it, to submitting it to the app store. I have a very detailed concept of what I need to App to do, I just don't have the knowledge to develop it myself. The app will initially be a free download from the app store. Its purpose will be to allow user to submit short questions and receive an answer in return for a small charge made through Apple's 'In-App Payment System'. Once a question has been received the system which you create will then need to automatically publish the question on Amazon's Mechanical Turk system, collect responses, verify them through secondary Mechanical Turk HIT's and finally send the answer to the app for the user to read. The system will need to be able to post, receive, change and approve Amazon Technical Turk HIT's in order for the app user to receive his/her answer quickly. The system will also need to adapt HIT's reward amount for questions that are harder/not answered. The app will also contain other minor features such as average response time, featured questions/answers, contact etc. You will also need to design a backend system for my use in order to monitor financial info, downloads, questions, post app news etc. It doesn't need to be pretty just functional. However you will have to design the app to a high standard. I will also need you assistance in ensuring the app meets Apple's terms and conditions and make sure it appears on the iTunes store.
