Change/fix some things for pre-existing iPhone app.

I need some things changed with my current iPhone Application. I need the following: 1. The News feed is currently fantastic, I would just like it to be a little less finicky when the user scrolls down; 2. When the end user hits the refresh button for the news feed, I would like the table (i.e. table cells) to repopulate itself automatically. 3. The app alerts the user when the game will start. Instead of the user touching "the bell" of every game, I just want a feature that the use can select (either "yes" or "no"); if the user selects "yes," then it will alert them of every game, but if the user just selects "no," then the user will not be selected. 4. A bug fix for when the end user is alerted of the game about to start, if the user swipes their iPhone (i.e. opens the phone by the swiping function) then there is a bug where the user is alerted many many times. I want this fixed. Thanks.
