I'm looking for a coder to build an ios/android app with machine learning. Basically, the app will gather articles from a variety of online newspapers such as Huffington Post, CNN, etc. With the many articles the user reads, our app will break articles down into topic categories (music, politics, etc.) then followed by a number count. This will refresh every 24hrs. The user will also have the option of fetching for previous articles within the categories. On another page (slide page option) we will show a break down of the readers most to least interested topics through a graph. Just a reminder, the articles on this app will be summarized, but the reader will also have the option to read the entire article. I'm looking to submit this app to apple and other app stores, first as 99 cents then with ads targeted toward the user. I have the logo, mockups, graphic designs ready to go.
