Augmented Reality image Scanner App

Hi, I already have an app that scans QR codes, but I want to make a v2.0. The main change of this version is that users will be able to scan anything, not only code. For example, a user could scan a chair, and tell the app that every time he scans a chair, he wants a fish to appear instead. We need to discuss if this feature will only allow the user to replace the chair by an image of a fish, or is he could draw the fish himself (think snapchat). Tell me what you think personally. The Augmented-Reality app will be handled by a company we are using, ARLab and their Image Matching API. Your job is to integrate this sdk in a nice app. Oh and don't forget to tell me bacon at the beginning of your proposal. Include maximum 3 relevant previous apps.
