Blackberry Webview

Simple webview app required. Click icon, view website within app browser. The app must be smooth and not have bugs or force close issues. It must be able to handle, java and JQuery platforms perfectly. Budget is $10-35 do not bid any higher. I do not have the system to create this myself and takes very long to install again therefore i am looking to hire a developer to do this. I require 2 so total i will be spending around $70-100.
