Blackberry App - Videos to Facebook Upload

I am after a very simple and small application It will basically have text at the top saying something like "Facebook Video Upload" 2 buttons - Record New Video and Select Video The user should be able to select a video from their library or record a new video to be uploaded to facebook once they select a video they enter a name for the video and hit upload, and boom it goes on their facebook Lookin for a fast turnaround on this if possible, preferrably written in HTML5 but will accept JAVA if needs be Should work on all (or majority) of BB devices
