development of a mobile game

The project is developing a mobile game on the android platform. An SRS\FRD document is available. It only includes a textual explanation of the game, no screen shots or wireframe are available. Requirements : graphicaly design the game including logo, wireframe, splash screen, screen design provide at least 4 options to choose from (on a graphic language level, not a detailed graphic design for all screens of the game) it has to be colorfull and include movements once this is concluded and a choosen theme is agreed, move to the 2nd phaze of development PreRequisite : not suited for a single developer, rather for a company with strong working procedures, working ethics, proven track record in the mobile development arena with bot graphic design and development skills. Since this is an offshore kind of project, communication is the name of the game. This is crucial for the engagement and the success of the project. Payment milestones - very strict. 1st milestone will only be paid after the approval of the grapical languge 2nd after the detailed graphical design deliverables will be provided 3-4 will be according to the development progress. 5th final payment only after the game as been tested and approved. prior to receiving the FRD you'll need to sign an NDA. all communication through the PMB only.
