Android: Realtime Microphone Audio Plotting, Recording and Analysis

A simple android app with the following requirements: 1. continuously sample from the external microphone @ 8kHz. 2. process the sampled data (general filtering, etc) in realtime. 3. plot the processed data in realtime, like an oscilloscope. The x-axis must be configurable (e.g. 1sec, 2sec, 3sec long). y-axis should be dynamic to display the full amplitude of the data. 4. record the sampled data from start to finish. must deliver in a week. people with digital signal processing experience preferred.
