Android: PDF annotations

FOR INDIVIDUALS ONLY!!!! Require a sample project, which can run annotated PDF. We should have control over click on any link, to take action, for ex. require to open link on web or not. Link should get passed to function, where we can decide what to do. It's straightforward task for expert, and hopefully lot of Android Experts already have this. I will require to have demo first on my device, and then will Escrow amount and release the payment after getting source code checked within 24hours. Mostly preferred who have ready code.
