Android : Location based ARview implementation

Hi Guys, I need a small android project , which will show object in the phone directions based on current location and other sensor of device. Object will have location ( lat and lon ) attached to it and when i move my phone , object must display in the current direction of camera. Application must support minimum of 400 object at a given time ( obviously all will not we shown in one direction) No upfront payment will be provided. Will release all the fund , once i am satisfied with the result. Code should be modular and properly commented. Start you bid with "yo yo honey singh" so i can filter spams.
