We are looking for a company who can provide an android APP. #1. The applicant should have the experience for OCR ( Tesseract or other open source ) #2. The applicant should have the experience for augmented reality or other related technology #3. Reference APP [login to view URL] #4. Required work - Translator APP using OCR and Google translation API ( English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish ) - Text mapping for camera preview - Server program : account management and user service #5. Deliverable 1) Source code for android APP 2) Sever program in AWS 3) Training guide so we can continue to support OCR after project has ended. for Korean / Chinese / Japanese 4) Test result with more than 100 images in China 5) more than 90 % accuracy for OCR 6) smooth display for translated text #6. Project schedule Development and implementation : 4 weeks Test and update : 2 weeks #7.
