Deleting and replacing all records from acces with import

I have an small access database, with some couple of tables. Those tables have been imported and created initially from excel files. The tables have multiple record in them (3 of them are similar in all tables), so relations have been set between them. But i need to update the table every week, by deleting the table content (all records and rows) and adding the new data to it witch is different in terms of records and data. This cannot be done manually by reimporting the excel file to the existing database because there are different records and also because there are relations built between the 3 records. I need you make it possible through a query for example to : delete all table data (records and rows) and replacing it with excel import with the new data (new records and rows) ad keeping the same relations built before for the table, knowing that the new data will contain each time the 3 records related to other tables.
