access synchronization problems

I have an access database that was replicated and synchronised. However some design changes were done to the Sync Master and now it wont synchronise. One is set as the Design master but they still wont synch. Also no one can tell me what the structure changes are, only that they are in the sync master nor the replicated file. Now we can recreate the replicas and they will then sync but we will lose all the changes made in the current replicas. Access import, update queries and append queries all seem to solve one problem but create another. We need:- ideally..... way of resynchronising with design changes and data alternatively... manual steps to achieve this as a last resort.... once we recreate the replica a way of comparing the data so we know what has to be entered manually please help !!!!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
