Divergence Indicator II - open to bidding

I am using in mt4 two indicators, to find divergences in both them with the price of the market. I use it for binary options, not to trade in mt4. Only one or two good divergences appear in a day (some days none). I need an indicator or ea (dont know what is better) that provide a text, arrow in graphic, and sound signal when a divergence as requested arrives. The indicators I use are some kind of "personalized" MACD and RSI. I need that the new indicator to be created, draw the divergence lines in the price and both indicators, and show buy/sell arrows, sound and text alerts. A signal to buy is when the price is downtrend, and there is a divergence with both indicators (they are both uptrend).Here will appear an alert with text and sound, asking to "analize BUY situation". If Last candle is red in MACD, and actual candle finish in green in MACD, then show the green up arrow in the graphic, and another message: BUY SIGNAL with different sound, will appear. The signal to sell is the inverse, when the price is uptrend, and there is a divergence with both indicators (they are both downtrend). Here will appear an alert with text and sound, asking to "analize SELL situation". If Last candle is green in MACD, and actual candle finish in red in MACD, then show the red down arrow in the graphic, and another message: SELL SIGNAL with different sound, will appear. I will need some more features as a next step, but at this moment I´d like to test with this and see how it works, and what I need to be more accurate. Sorry if my english is not very good. I´m newbie trying to explain what I need for this. As an expert your are, I would like to ask you a question. Is there anything you can code in the indicator to only "draw" strong divergencies?
