Source out specific cell phone components, assemble them into a unique functioning device, install provided software and ship. Each device may have a different combination of components. Quantities could vastly differ and are unpredictable at this point. What I need soon is a rough estimate of cost/unit and cost of the minimum order. I do not care where/how they are manufactured/assembled. Budget has not been estimated at this point
