Apple Script to Find and Move Files

I need someone who is amazing at writing applie scripts. I have several thousand audio files that are listed by file name on a spreadsheet and contained in one massive folder. I need an applie script that can locate the files in the main folder based on values provided on a csv, then from those values on the csv, I want to be able to have the script copy said files into a new more specific destination folder. In essence, I am creating myriad albums from a massive amount of audio content that is stored in one location. This audio content will need to be moved into several different folders a couple-few hundred at a time. Attached you will find the script as I have it so far and a couple screenshots of where it was erroring out/failing me the last go I had it. I would imagine it is one line of code that needs to be inserted, I just don't know what it is. Thanks.
