Develop a Corporate Identity - Open Farms Australia

Project Scope We are a family farming business that produces a number of food products including free range eggs lamb and beef. We are now moving toward selling our products direct to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, motels, butcher shops and health food shops. We are spearheading this initiative first with our free range eggs then plan to expand sales to the beef and lamb lines. Our business is founded on a simple and natural farming system that uses minimal chemicals and that works with nature rather than against her. Our hens roam freely in our paddocks and lay their eggs in our patented movable henhouses. We are situated at Hay [login to view URL],_New_South_Wales , New South Wales in the heart of the Riverina district famous for it’s wide open plains that offer some of the best grazing country in Australia. Our town lies on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River from which we draw our irrigation water to produce some of the highest quality pastures in the world. The result is a product that is wholesome, natural, tasty, stress free and ethically produced. We want to project an image to our customers that reflects these values inherent in our enterprise. Our website (still under construction) will use live webcams that will allow our customers to view our hens while they graze to see for themselves how our livestock are treated. We expect our logo would use earthy tones that reflect the environment in which we work. Our red loam and chocolate soils, green grass, saltbush [login to view URL] , red/orange sun and the clear blue waters of the Murrumbidgee (obviously I don’t expect all these colours in the design but am naming them to give the reader ideas of where to head with the design). Our corporate uniform will be a “stone” coloured shirt from RB Sellars [login to view URL] with the logo you design embossed upon it. As a starting point, we liked the idea of a farm type setting with an open gate at the front. A type of picture that says “welcome” and invites someone in. . .
