directadmin backup from local and restore to live server

We got serious issue which needs to be fix today if possible. Server 1 centos 5.1 , directadmin installed and is moved from datacenter to my house, we got it working again, and can access from shh with putty , even with winscp , also from outside ( used port forwarding) Server 2 is the new server , centos 6.8 , directadmin installed , and static ip. We need all user backup with ssh command and moved to the new server with sync or from the browser interface of directadmin this means also all settings like ip's, dns etc already posted same project yesterday, but guy not good do this because i can ftp the files over to the new server myself easily of course you really need to know the structure of directadmin also there seems to be a way to get directadmin working on lan, because that would be the best way, because of the browser interface you can see what you do, and restore the files even from old to new with one click problem i have is that i cannot get into ftp of the LAN server otherwise i could select the files from ftp in live server. ONLY BID IF YOU CAN DO THIS TASK TODAY!!
