I am running a VPN server on a Ubuntu server and I need a solution to block ALL torrents including encrypted torrents. You can use any type of solution you like, iptables Layer7 inspection etc. I just need the torrents to be blocked. My maximum budget for this is 30 USD so please bid reasonably.

This can be done via IP tables but it depends a little on where this server sits in your network and what you mean by blocking encrypted torrents. Is the server currently acting as your gateway to the Internet? If the encrypted torrents are using standard SSL ports they will be difficult to block without blocking other SSL traffic. So I need a bit more information and then I should be able to help you out. Let me know if you want me to work on this project for you.
