Auction Management - ebay

I require ebay auction management software for goods to be sold on a consigment basis at drop off stores. I need the software for the drop off stores. The software required is along the lines of [login to view URL], auctionteller, auctionsound Front End - Listing of auction item/s, customer information etc automatically to ebay interface. Template driven. Facility to bill customer for the listing, receipts printed, tracking details etc. Back End - Store manager. The admin area will provide a complete management solution for the drop off store manager. Further details have been uploaded. The software need only support the English language, but I would require that the scripts and any instructions will be written in English as well. Also, I require 60 days free support upon delivery of the project from the successful applicant. I also require that the program/code will belong to my company upon completion of the project and that I will hold the legal rights to the sale and distribution of the code.
